FREE Labour Skills Workshop April 4th at the WIlloughby Community Center 

Worried about how you and your partner will cope with the pain of labour? Learn what really works in various stages of labour and practice a variety of coping strategies, massage techniques, and breathing patterns. You will leave this class with lots of ideas and feel more confident about your ability to give birth. Suitable for women in their second and third trimesters.  Although this event is free, please pre-register.
